Here are some of the most common questions about Fair Play, our membership, and the support we provide to foreign workers in Serbia.

Members can be all adult foreign nationals who work in the Republic of Serbia on the basis of a Type D work visa, a Single Permit, or a Temporary Residence Card (TRC), as well as those holding a Permanent Residence Card (PRC). Membership is intended for individuals who are seeking protection, guidance, and support, especially foreign workers facing difficult or unfair situations in Serbia.

 

We provide information, guidance, counseling, and support related to labor rights, discrimination, violence, exploitation, and other challenges affecting foreign workers.
