Fair Play was founded to promote and protect the rights, dignity, and well-being of foreign workers in the Republic of Serbia. Our organization works to create safer working and living conditions, while helping individuals understand their rights and access meaningful support.

We provide practical support, protection, and guidance for foreign workers in Serbia. Our work focuses on rights protection, prevention of abuse, direct assistance, and cooperation with relevant institutions.

Rights Protection

We help protect the labor and human rights of foreign workers and respond to cases of unfair treatment, discrimination, and workplace abuse.

Guidance and Counseling

We provide information, advice, and counseling to help individuals better understand their rights, obligations, and available support in Serbia.

Prevention and Early Response

We identify risk situations early and work to prevent violence, exploitation, forced labor, and other forms of abuse.

Direct Support

We offer practical, informational, and psychosocial support to people in vulnerable situations or in need of immediate assistance.
